Number Oracle is an entertainment and analysis tool. Lottery draws are random. Nothing in this app predicts winning numbers or improves your odds of winning. Please read these terms before using it.
By downloading, accessing, or using Number Oracle (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be 18 years or older to use Number Oracle. Lottery participation is restricted to persons aged 18 and over in Australia. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Number Oracle provides statistical analysis of historical lottery data and generates number sets using various strategies, for entertainment and informational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
Number Oracle is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Lott, The Lottery Corporation, Tattersall's, Lotterywest, or any other Australian lottery operator. The app does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, or process any gambling transaction.
Gambling should be fun, and never a way to make money. Please set limits on what you spend and never gamble more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm, free confidential support is available.
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the relevant app store's policies.
The app, its design, and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the app without our permission.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app or its data. Lottery result data is drawn from public sources and may occasionally contain errors or delays — always confirm results with the official lottery operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including any gambling losses or decisions made based on information from the app. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above shows when these terms were last revised.
