Number Oracle is built to need as little of your information as possible. There are no accounts, and the numbers you generate and save stay on your own device. This policy explains the little we do handle, and your rights over it.

01Who we are

Number Oracle ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian lottery analysis and entertainment tool provided by Number Oracle. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at dig05198@gmail.com.

We are committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

02What we collect

We deliberately collect very little. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

Information stored only on your device. Your age confirmation, saved number sets, and app preferences are kept locally on your device and are not sent to us.
Basic technical and usage data. Like most apps and websites, we may receive standard information such as device type, operating system version, general region, and anonymous usage or crash data, to keep the app working and improve it.
Information you choose to send us. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address, or payment card details directly. Any purchases are handled by the app stores (see section 4).

03How we use information

We use the limited information above to operate and maintain the app, fix bugs and improve performance, understand which features are used, respond to your support requests, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

04Third parties

Some trusted third parties help us run the app and may process limited data on our behalf:

Hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver the app and website.
Analytics and crash-reporting tools, where used, to help us keep the app stable.
The Apple App Store and Google Play, which handle any subscriptions or purchases under their own privacy policies.
Advertising partners, if and where ads are shown, subject to their own privacy policies.

These providers are only permitted to use information as needed to provide their services to us.

05Cookies and local storage

The app and website use local storage and similar technologies to remember your settings (such as your age confirmation and saved sets) and to keep things working smoothly. You can clear this at any time through your browser or device settings.

06Age restriction

Number Oracle is intended only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

07Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Because most of your data never leaves your device, you remain in control of it. Any limited data we do hold is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

08Your rights

Under Australian privacy law, you may request access to, or correction of, any personal information we hold about you, and you may make a privacy complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be made clear within the app or on this page.

Number Oracle is an independent entertainment and analysis tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Australian lottery operator, and it does not sell tickets or accept wagers. See our Terms of Service.
